Job summary

Penske Logistics in the United States is hiring full-time CDL Class A Truck Drivers for home daily, dedicated routes. You will drive late models, be paid weekly, and benefit from a strong rewards program and Bonafide retirement benefits.

Average annual pay is around $68,224 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and incentives up to $10,400 annually. The role includes comprehensive health coverage, vacation from day one, and a safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and US domicile in state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required.
• Schedule, location, background check and drug screening required.
• DOT safety sensitive position with alertness and safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 2:00 AM start time
• Average 45 hours per week

• Late model, Penske maintained trucks

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
