Ryder System, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver to deliver nationwide from 48 states with sleepers and APUs. Weekly pay, strong benefits, and performance bonuses are part of the package.

You’ll earn per-mile pay plus stop pay and potential bonuses while loading/unloading when required. Ryder offers paid training, 401(k) with company match, and maternity leave options. This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and teamwork within a national network of maintenance

Competenze

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test, background and motor vehicle check including DOT requirements.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.70 per Mile with 2000 - 2500 Miles per Week
• Conestoga Stop Pay: $28.20 per Stop
• Van Stop Pay: $16.37 per Stop
• Van Unload Pay: $107.56
• Average 8-10 Stops per Week
• Safety Bonus:Pays You $250 Every Quarter
• Sign On Bonus:Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
• Paid Training

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
