Penske is hiring Immediate Opportunities for Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers in Macedonia, OH. Expect average earnings around $105,000 annually with top earners up to $119,000. Home daily with weekend incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

65–70 weekly multi-stop deliveries to a major coffee chain, including loading/unloading and scanning at delivery. Schedule requires 4–5 days per week with weekends, home daily, and consistent dispatch times.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency required by federal law
• DOT regulation compliance and safety-sensitive responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform 65–70 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores (major coffee chain).
• Conduct high-volume loading/unloading using hand dolly and lift gate for refrigerated loads.
• Maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers.
• Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered

What you will do:

• 65 to 70 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
• High volume loading and unloading utilizing hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Scheduling flexibility required as dispatch times will vary
• 4 to 5-day work week, with weekends required
• Consecutive days off during the week
• Home daily

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Dual zone reefer trailer for temperature-controlled loads

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
