Penske is seeking full-time Class A CDL truck drivers for mostly home-daily routes. The role features a 5-day work week with weekends required, and earnings averaging around $90,000 per year with top earners reaching $120,000. Premium incentives may apply for extra days worked.

Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries to a major coffee chain, handle loading/unloading, and maintain professional conduct with customers while meeting safety standards. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL required; domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Must comply with federal/state laws and safety guidelines
• English language proficiency required for compliance

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 25 to 55 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
• Load and unload using hand dolly and lift gate for refrigerated loads
• Maintain professional demeanor when interfacing with customers
• Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered

• Average $90000 annually

What you will do:

• 25 to 55 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
• High volume loading and unloading utilizing hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Scheduling flexibility required; dispatch times will vary between 10 AM and 7 PM
• 5-day work week; weekends are required
• Mostly home daily with the possibility of layovers
• Consecutive days off during the week

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Dual zone reefer trailer for temperature-controlled loads

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
