Job summary

Penske Logistics in Conway, AR is seeking full-time Class A CDL drivers for home-daily routes. Average pay is about $82,598 per year with incentives up to $10,400 and referral bonuses up to $5,000 per eligible referral.

You will perform multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships, unload with pallet jacks, and scan items as they are delivered, averaging 50–60 hours per week on a Mon-Fri schedule with a 11:30 PM dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Federal law requires English language proficiency for this role.
• Background check and drug screening required; safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Manage an average of 20 stops per week.

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
• 20 stops per week

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 11:30 PM dispatch
• Avg. 50-60 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
