Penske Logistics LLC is hiring Immediate Opportunities for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers in Carlisle, PA. You will support multiple accounts, perform curtain-side deliveries, and travel to assigned locations while working with modern equipment and safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and domiciled in the U.S.
• English language proficiency required by federal law
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• Clean DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Support multiple dedicated accounts across PA as needed
• Perform curtain-side deliveries and secure cargo
• Occasional manual pallet jack work
• Travel to and work at assigned locations for duration of assignment
• Adhere to dispatch schedules and safety protocols

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average annual earnings of $104000
• $30.00/hour overtime after 40 hours
• Home daily the majority of the time, with occasional weekly assignments requiring layovers
• Driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral

What you will do:

• Support multiple dedicated accounts throughout Pennsylvania as business needs require
• Support locations in Columbia, PA; Chambersburg, PA; Shippensburg, PA; and Carlisle, PA
• Perform curtain-side deliveries, including opening/closing curtains and securing straps
• Occasional manual pallet jack work
• Travel to assigned locations and work there for the duration of the assignment

Schedule:

• Dispatch times typically between 3:00 AM to 5:30 AM for home daily assignments
• Monday through Friday schedules available for home daily assignments
• Regional assignments may require leaving Sunday evening and returning Thursday
• Schedule and start times vary based on account and business needs
• Drivers travel to assigned locations and work there for the duration of the assignment

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
