Penske Logistics LLC is hiring full-time CDL Class A truck drivers in the Sewell, NJ area. Average annual pay is around $128,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekly home time. Drivers operate Penske trucks with safety features, and there are several benefits and a referral program.

The role requires valid CDL, DOT medical card, and compliance with DOT rules. Expect to drive regional routes with 2–3 layovers per week, often Sunday to Thursday, with dispatch between 8 PM and 10 PM.

Qualifications

• Must follow all laws, attend regularly, and be proficient in English.
• Role requires DOT safety standards compliance and drug screening.

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks

What you will do:

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Dispatch typically ranging between 8 PM and 10 PM
• Regional routes with 2 to 3 layovers weekly

Qualifications:

• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
