Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a stable driving career with a home-daily route between Eau Claire and Milwaukee.

Expect $1,725+ per week, $0.51 per mile, and $14.06 per stop, with 50+ hours weekly. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, start time 9:00 PM, plus bonuses and retirement plans—uniforms and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Background and motor vehicle check for last 3 years including drug/alcohol verification.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate Class A CDL and endorsements.
• Must have verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience: 9m/3y, 2y/5y, or 5y/10y options.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Load/unload freight per customer requirements and load securement.
• Deliver to Eau Claire, WI to Milwaukee and back on a home daily route.
• Maintain accurate records and logs; perform safety checks.

• Weekly Guarantee: $1725 per week
• Tractor Trailer and Flatbed experience needed
• Miles Pay:$0.51 per mile
• Stops Pay:$14.06 per Stop
• Hours Per Week: 50+ hours per week
• Loyalty Bonus: $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 1 year
• Tenure Bonus: Pays You $300 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
