Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Class A CDL Route Driver in Abilene, TX to safely pick up and deliver used tires on assigned routes. You will work in a two-person team to load, stack, and secure tires, and you will manage route paperwork and safety inspections in compliance with DOT/FMCSA standards.
The role requires a valid CDL, 1 year of driving experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong safety awareness. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with benefits.

The Class A CDL Route Driver is responsible for the safe and timely pickup, loading, transport, and delivery of used tires from customer locations along assigned routes. The driver works as part of a two‑person team with a Route Helper and is responsible for both operating the commercial vehicle and assisting with the manual loading and stacking of tires. Routes are assigned by dispatch; drivers are responsible for managing daily route activities, maintaining professionalism at customer locations, and completing all required documentation accurately. This role requires strict compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Liberty Tire Recycling safety and operational requirements.
This role requires extended periods of driving, frequent customer interaction, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and repetitive physical labor including lifting, bending, stacking, and securing waste tires during route operations.
