Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our regional team. Enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for endorsements while driving a safe, well-maintained fleet.

Schedule typically runs Sunday–Friday, 5–6 days. Endorsements Hazmat within 90 days, with training and reimbursements provided. PTO starts Day 1 and 401(k) with company match available after one year.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years OR 2 years past 5 years OR 5 years past 10 years

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.58 per Mile with 1800 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay:$24.00 per Stop with 12 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $29.00 per night with avg 4 nights per Week
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Sunday - Friday, working 5 - 6 days
• Start Time: Varies based on route

• Minimum 21 years of age
