Join our Paid Finishing Program and get paired with a dedicated trainer and carrier to learn the ropes safely and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Go out with a Mentor for 4–6 weeks, or in some cases you’ll be out 10 days. Earn anywhere from $650–$850 depending on where you domicile. After completing the Mentor phase, placement on a lane (Dedicated, Regional, Local or OTR) will be arranged based on available options.
• Operate Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed equipment.

• Clean or near-clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (a hair follicle test is required by various carriers) and background check
