Truck-With-Jed-Logistics is seeking drivers for a holiday fleet with a predictable home-time schedule. The role offers sign-on bonuses (with Hazmat optional) and paid orientation, plus opportunity for hazmat-based pay increases after 30 days with a qualifying safety record.

Expect 8–9 months of OTR/Regional experience in the last 2 years, a drug test, and operation of late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors.

Competenze

• 9 months of OTR/Regional experience in the past 2 years.
• 2 months winter driving experience.
• Hair and Urine drug test required.
• Trucks stay at OH or PA terminal for home time; driver will be flown home for home time.

Mansioni

• Operate 550 late model Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2020–2025).
• Home time logistics include OH/PA terminals and flight home when on home time.
• Seasonal schedule with Thanksgiving home time, then 25 days on followed by 5 days off.

This is a Holiday Fleet. Driver will be home for Thanksgiving Day, then run 25 days straight, and then be off for 5 days.
Option 1: Initial Sign on Bonus of $1600 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1425
Paid Time Off
Orientation Pay
Plus, opportunity for the following after 30 days with qualifying safety record every 90 days 875 hazmat
Option 2: Initial Sign on Bonus of $1150

• Requirement is 9months of OTR/Regional experience in the past 2years, with 2 months winter driving
• Hair and Urine drug test
• 550 late model freightliner Cascadia Primary 2020-2025
• Trucks stay at the OH or PA terminal for home time; driver will be flown home for home time

Pay Summary:

• 8-29 Months w/Haz $0.78cpm,w/o Hazmat $0.75cpm
• 30- months w Hazmat $0.80cpmw/o Hazmat $0.77cpm
• Expected Annual Earning $92K -$112K
• Band Pay- Extra Pay short lengths of haul 0-100 miles $35.00 101-400 $25.00 (loaded miles only)
• CSA - Safety Bonus Opportunities every 90 days of ($925if hazmat ) or $750plus 8 hours paid time off
