Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Local UDS Driver in Bowling Green, KY. You will deliver beverages to small retailers on a fixed route, manually unload using a hand dolly, stock shelves, and build rapport with customers. No prior experience required and hands-on training is provided.

Shifts run Monday–Friday starting at 4:30am, with overtime, weekends as needed. Total rewards include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain DOT Driver Qualification File.

About The Role

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy interacting with people and would rather be off your truck than sitting behind the wheel. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

This position could utilize the following equipment: Tractor Trailer - Semi - Pup Trailer - Box Truck - 28 ft Trailer - 32 ft Trailer - 53 ft Trailer - Delivery Truck - Side Load - Side Bay - Trailer with lift gate - pallet jack - hand truck - dolly

This position could include: Driving - CDL - Class A CDL - Delivery Truck Driver - OTR - Delivery Driver - Customer Delivery - Commercial Driver’s License

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $27.40 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $28.84 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
