Parksite in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Truck Driver Associate (Class B) to join our professional logistics team. This regular full-time role requires delivering and picking up building materials, maintaining DOT compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of professional commercial driving experience.
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations.
• Possession of a valid DOT Medical Certificate.
• Ability to comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations including Hours of Service and ELD requirements.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading safety rules and route maps.
• Basic English proficiency sufficient to read and understand safety rules and documents.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication with customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned or leased Class B trucks to deliver and pick up building materials.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timely service.
• Maintain DOT hours of service compliance and log records.
• Secure loads using proper tie-down techniques and cargo protection.
• Assist in loading/unloading and coordinate with receiving personnel.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Parksite professionally.
