Sportech in Elk River, MN seeks a full‑time Truck Driver to transport materials and finished goods on short trips. You will load/unload and may perform in‑plant tasks, while following safety and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidate has a CDL A, forklift training, ability to lift/carry heavy items, good counting accuracy, basic computer skills, and teamwork. DOT physical must be passable; we offer competitive benefits and pay.

Additionally, Sportech takes into account the internal equity of current employees when considering compensation.
Sportech’s reasonable and good‑faith estimate for new hire compensation at the time of posting for this position is $33.00 – $35.00 per hour. The $33.00 – $35.00 per hour includes a $30.00 – $32.00 base hourly rate plus a $3.00 per hour shift differential for working weekend shift. Pay may also include variable compensation from time to time such as overtime for non‑exempt positions, shift differential for specific shifts, and/or bonus targets (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Drives a vehicle with a gross combination weight rating over 26,000 pounds in transporting materials, equipment, finished product, and personnel usually on short trips. Loads and unloads materials as required. May perform in‑plant duties as time permits.
