Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Truck Driver for the 1st shift based in Savannah, GA. The role offers a consistent day schedule and home daily with a Monday–Friday shift from 5:30am to 4:00pm.

Compensation is $32.96 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and a commitment to safety and reliable equipment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 2 of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 of the last 5 years, or 2 years of heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed.

Shift: Monday – Friday 5:30am -4:00 pm

Shift type: 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
• Have a minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 out of the last 5 years of commercial roadway driving experience, or a minimum of 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed.
