Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The Truck Driver will safely operate company trucks to transport goods to and from designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring loads are properly secured, and unloading materials at delivery sites as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate delivery logs, complying with DOT regulations and company policies, and communicating with dispatch or supervisors regarding route changes, delays, or issues. The Truck Driver is expected to represent The Business Doctor professionally, provide courteous service to customers, and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Truck Driving, including safe operation of commercial trucks.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a strong driving record and familiarity with different Truck types.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and commitment to full regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to perform Unloading tasks, including handling freight and using appropriate equipment when required.
• Previous experience in regional or local delivery operations within a similar environment preferred.
• Strong time management, route planning, and basic documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and adapt to varying schedules or routes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional transportation or safety training is an advantage.
