Job summary

Sunoco is seeking a driver responsible for the loading, transporting, and unloading of petroleum products at Sunoco and customer locations. The driver must have a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient delivery performance.

The role requires CDL with X endorsement (Tanker/Hazmat), DOT medical clearance, and willingness to obtain a TWIC card as needed. This is a field-based position with varying shift schedules across sites.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Current CDL with X endorsement (Tanker and Hazmat).
• Must pass a current DOT physical and maintain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must be willing to obtain TWIC card depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Be able to safely load and unload a gasoline tank truck.
• Be able to safely transport loaded vehicle to delivery point.
• Prepare and document activities in accordance with Federal DOT Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.
• Must be able and willing to work rotating or various shift schedules.

• Be able to perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle
• Must be able to work rotating or various shift schedules
