Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. You will be the face of Ferrellgas in your community, providing safe, professional service on local routes so you are home most nights.

Qualifications include a CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain them, and a high school diploma. Prior driving experience is preferred, with a strong safety mindset and good driving record.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in the community.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend deliveries.

• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
