Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses, with local routes that keep you home every night. Schedule is M-F, starting around 5am, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

You will operate propane trucks, perform inspections, and deliver exceptional customer service while following all safety and DOT guidelines. This is a community-focused role with growth potential and on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or be able to obtain quickly).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
