A regional agricultural cooperative in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated driver to ensure the safe transportation of agricultural commodities. Responsibilities include performing vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with all traffic regulations. Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with endorsements. The role requires availability for extended hours during peak seasons and passing a DOT physical and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and be an insurable driver.
• Must be able to pass DOT required physical and related drug test.
• Maintain Class A CDL and Medical Card.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and document accordingly.
• Report all maintenance issues and schedule for repair.
• Complete and submit required logs and transportation paperwork in a timely manner.
• Pick up and deliver product in a safe and efficient manner.
• Abide by all State and Federal traffic regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and trailer, inside and out.

• Complete and submit required logs and transportation paperwork in a timely manner
• Pick up and deliver product in a safe and efficient manner
• Abide by all State and Federal traffic regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and trailer, inside and out, including sweeping of the trailer after loads
• Communicate with vendors and supervisors if delays are probable

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
