Job summary

Ferrellgas in McKinney, TX, is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. You will be home every night while supporting customers with safe, reliable service.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, accurate logs, and on‑call coverage for after‑hours deliveries. You should have a CDL with HazMat/Tanker (or be able to obtain quickly) and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL required with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a US citizen/national or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa.

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
