Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our team in Kentucky. You will deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses along local routes, staying safety‑minded and customer‑focused.

As a face of Ferrellgas in the community, you’ll perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain delivery logs, and respond to customer questions about deliveries and safety. Home nightly, competitive benefits, and steady, local work await.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL required; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred or obtainable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a good driving record and be physically able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Good driving record


• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions


• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States


• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
