Job summary

Thermon is seeking experienced over-the-road (OTR) Truck Drivers with a CDL A to join a family-like, driver-focused operation. You will haul dry vans on long-haul routes with no-touch freight, supported by modern equipment and 24/7 dispatch in English/Spanish.

Expect weekly pay at $0.83/mile, plus a $1,500 signing bonus if you join and complete one month. Benefits include flight tickets to Chicago, hotel, Uber, fuel cards, IPASS and PrePass.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of active OTR experience.
• Valid CDL A.
• Willing to drive OTR (multi-day/long-haul routes across the USA).

Requirements

• Minimum one and a half years of active OTR experience as a truck driver.

License

Availability

• Willing to drive OTR (multi-day/long-haul routes across the U.S.A.).

• Strong safety record and commitment to compliance.
• Professional attitude and reliable communication with dispatch and customers.

Compensation And Benefits

Pay rate:

• $0.83 per mile.
