Joseph J. Danielle LLC is seeking dependable, experienced, and hard‑working individuals to join our team as a Truck Driver CDL A. The role involves operating walking/live floor trailers and tri‑axle dump trucks, ensuring safety, maintenance, and compliance with all State and Federal DOT rules. Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Maintain clean and functional truck as scheduled.
• Advise dispatcher of maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures for a safe working environment.
• Report issues to Dispatch, Superintendent, or Safety Manager.
• Maintain detailed maintenance and safety records.
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections.
• Work overtime and weekends as required, especially during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (3 years required in some sections). Tractor trailer driving: 2 years (required).
• CDL Class A license with applicable endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass detailed road test, drug screening (initial and random).
• Knowledge of truck and equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements.
• Knowledge of walking floor trailers (or willingness to learn).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
