Job summary

Idahograding is seeking a Truck Driver in Boise, Idaho, responsible for the safe transport of materials and equipment to job sites. The role includes inspecting vehicles, planning routes, and adhering to regulations.

Truck Driver

A truck driver at IGT is responsible for safely transporting material and equipment to each job site in a quick, but diligent, manor.

Duties / Description

• Transport aggregates and raw materials to and from pits or job sites
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions

Pay Range: $20 - $28

Qualifications / Experience: Aggregate Hauling: 1 year (Required). Commercial Driving: 2 years (Required)

Schedule: 8 - 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)

Office Hours: Mon - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
