Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to join our team in the United States. You will deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes, being the face of Ferrellgas in your community.

Responsibilities include safe operation of propane trucks, daily inspections, and customer support. Must have CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements or be able to obtain quickly, with a good driving record and strong safety mindset.

• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
