Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores in Pennsylvania is seeking a Tire Technician to service tires on commercial vehicles in shop and roadside settings. You’ll own the removal and installation process, maintain a clean work area, and interact with customers and drivers to keep trips running smoothly.

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Expect a rotating day/night schedule, DOT medical card eligibility (paid by Love’s), and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required, we will train you.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Safety-focused and customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire removal and replacement for tires on commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain equipment and store facilities; perform general housekeeping.
• Interact with customers and drivers to ensure safe and efficient service.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Learn to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s).
