Job summary

Allegiance Trucks, LLC seeks a Body Shop Technician to perform repairs per estimates, tear down and inspect for hidden damage, and advise on supplemental needs. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures while using company tools.

CDL or training may be covered, and boot program benefits apply. Candidates should have 1–2 years of body shop experience, own a full set of tools, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• Must own a full set of personal hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational/tech cert preferred.
• Welding and fabrication certificates or hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
• Advise body shop estimator of additional damage or supplemental needs.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment, and handle company tools properly.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures, use safety equipment when required, responds to suggestions for working safely and seeks assistance when necessary.
• Other projects/initiatives as assigned.
