Job summary

The Shyft Group USA, Inc. seeks an entry-level manufacturing associate in Pennsylvania to install truck bodies and assemble components, following safety and quality standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires reading and writing English, may involve lifting up to 50 lbs, and rotating among stations to support production goals. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license required
• 12+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive/RV/boat industry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, reaching)
• Skilled in using air/power tools and reading tape measures to 1/16"

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install truck body and van components using hand and power tools
• Rotate across workstations and support team-based production
• Follow work orders and safety standards to meet quality and performance targets
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S/Lean initiatives
• Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed
