Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking to hire production workers at our Indiana facility. This Regular Employee position is hourly non-exempt, at $22.00 per hour.

You will install truck bodies and assemble components, using hand and power tools, with rotation across workstations to support production goals. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 12 months of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assemble or install truck body and van components using hand and power tools.
• Rotate across workstations and support team-based production.
• Follow work orders and safety standards to meet quality and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S/Lean initiatives.
• Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed.
