Kensington Church is seeking a Lead Pastor for its Troy campus in Michigan. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary leader/teacher, responsible for crafting a compelling vision and ensuring a high-quality portable church experience. This role requires dynamic teaching abilities paired with exceptional leadership skills to foster community engagement and spiritual growth.

The Lead Pastor will work closely with staff and volunteers to enhance the worship experience, manage logistics, and build relational networks with congregants. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at expanding the church’s impact within the community.
