POSITION SUMMARY
Trimmers will be responsible for the final steps of the cultivation practices including, but not limited to: harvesting, hanging, weighing, and trimming dried cannabis. Trimmers will be responsible for cleaning the trim room, dry/cure room, break room, and common areas as well as any equipment used in harvesting/trimming.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to learn and accurately follow the trimming methods set forth in the company SOP's.
- Must be able to be a productive, and efficient worker without sacrificing the overall quality of the product.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment, and any equipment used for trimming, drying, and harvesting.
- Will be responsible for compliant disposal and recording of any waste produced during the trimming and harvesting procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be able to achieve minimum daily requirements of flower trimmed during trimming procedures.
- Passion for medicinal cannabis, a willingness to learn, and be a part of a supportive team of coworkers.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow direction well, reliable with a good work ethic.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A High school Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially with important deadlines.
Ability to stand, walk and stoop.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Ability to work onsite.
