Job summary

CACI International seeks an experienced Tricentis Administrator to support enterprise testing across SAP and federal technology landscapes. The role ensures Tosca Tosca Server remains secure, scalable, and optimized for automated testing.

You will manage Tosca Server, Tosca Commander, and SSO/LDAP integrations, while maintaining governance, licensing, and connectivity to SAP systems. Collaboration with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application administration or test automation platform support.
• Experience administering Tricentis Tosca Server and supporting Tosca Commander users in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Tosca Server configuration, user administration, test scheduling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Tricentis Tosca Server across development, test, and production environments.
• Manage user provisioning, authentication, permissions, and access controls via Tricentis User Administration.
• Configure and support SSO/LDAP integrations and onboarding workflows.
• Implement authorization structures including role-based access and permission inheritance.
• Administer licensing for Tosca components and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Monitor performance, logs, and failures; diagnose issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support integrations between Tosca and SAP systems and APIs.
• Establish platform governance standards for test promotion, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Tricentis incidents and SAP Support case creation.
