Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our TriBeCa clinics as a full-time floater. New graduates welcome.

You’ll work across multiple NYC locations delivering high-quality outpatient PT care and guiding patients through their recovery. Responsibilities include setting expectations, executing treatments, and providing Home Exercise Programs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Active NY PT license or eligibility
• Valid DPT or PT degree
• Able to fulfill full-time floater role across TriBeCa clinics

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress and goals
• Execute treatments as prescribed and deliver Home Exercise Programs
• Maintain high standard of clinical excellence with 5-star customer service
• Collaborate with teammates to provide comprehensive outpatient PT care
