Responsibilities

• Conduct security checks on tribal buildings, parks, cemetery and grounds.
• Ensure buildings are secure; manage alarms and after-hours access.
• Provide security presence, traffic control, escorts for events.
• Patrol communities and buildings; assist the public for a safe environment.
• Enforce rules; answer questions and provide information.
• Notify dispatcher of emergencies or suspicious activity.
• Assist in deploying Mobile Command Center for events.
• Assist Detention Officers with meals or special requests.
• Perform customer service assistance and locate people as needed.
• Analyze and react to emergencies; operate communications equipment.
• Record and report deficiencies; log observations and incidents.
• Write and review daily activity and incident reports.
