Job summary

Shegerian & Associates, a leading litigation firm known for courtroom excellence, is hiring a Legal Assistant focused on trial support. If you love the pressure, the tech, and the choreography of a great trial, this is your seat.

In this role you will run trial prep, organize exhibits and documents, troubleshoot trial tech, build binders and visual aids, and coordinate with witnesses so everything is ready before they are.

Responsibilities

• Run trial prep, organize exhibits/documents, and coordinate courtroom logistics so nothing slips.
• Operate and troubleshoot trial tech on the fly, including computers, monitors, projectors, and AV gear.
• Build exhibit binders, demonstratives, and visual aids to tell a clear, compelling story.
• Coordinate with witnesses and experts so the tech is ready before they are.
• File and serve pleadings during trial when speed matters.
• Track and manage every trial tool and material from intake through verdict.
