Responsibilities

• Handle a challenging caseload from start to finish involving misdemeanor to complex felony cases.
• Be a courtroom litigator handling arraignments, grand jury presentations, motion practice, trials and sentencing hearings.
• Conduct jury trials and persuasive closing arguments to guide verdicts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, victims, witnesses, defense attorneys and juries.
• Engage with specialty courts and diversionary programs when appropriate.
