Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare briefs, settlement offers, discovery motions, and trial filings.
• Depose witnesses, experts, and parties; manage discovery and evidentiary issues.
• Maintain client communication and build effective case strategies.
