Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active state bar admission.
- Strong research and excellent drafting abilities are required.
- Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.
- Ability to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to develop trial skills.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Advocate for clients and work toward favorable verdicts and settlements.
