TDLMM is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Trial Attorney with significant trial experience to join our esteemed litigation team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the courtroom to handle complex automobile negligence and premises liability cases.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling cases from inception through trial including preparation of all pleadings and written discovery, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing of substantive motions, and development of case strategy
• Leading and managing trial preparations, including preparation of motions in limine, development of trial strategy and settlement negotiations
• Trying cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court
• Collaborating with a team of attorneys and experts to build and refine case strategies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 1-2 years of trial experience with a strong track record of success
• Expertise in courtroom procedures and litigation strategy

Preferred Skills:

• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research databases and file organization
• Ability to handle multiple high-stakes cases effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to legal challenges
