Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team in Spartanburg. You will answer calls, assess patient needs, and provide guidance to families over the phone while coordinating with the care team for timely interventions.

Responsibilities include scheduling home visits, coordinating with facilities and caregivers, and using sound clinical judgment to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Multistate license as a registered nurse required.
• Minimum three years of hospice RN experience.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Multistate license as a registered nurse required.
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a registered nurse in hospice required.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift at least 25 lbs, and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
