Job summary

The CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, part of Catholic Health Initiatives, is seeking a Triage Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced family medicine setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, document health information, educate patients and families about health status and disease management, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care following clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care related to the practice specialty.
• Obtain and document health history, chief complaints, vitals, and risk factors.
• Provide patient care based on guidelines, standards of care, and laws.
• Educate patients and families about health status, maintenance, and condition management.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

As our Triage Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), working at our Family Medicine Clinic off of 161st W Maple Clinic you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.


• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.


• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.


• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.


• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.


• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state


• Graduate of an accredited nursing program


• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Pay Range

$28.00 - $41.60 /hour
