Wiregrass Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This role requires a valid CDL A or B and a strong safety mindset to operate dump trucks on construction sites.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, handle loading with proper chaining, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. The position is outdoors, typically on job sites, with potential for varying weather and terrain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Dump Truck Driver is a plus but not entry-level.

Responsibilities

• Hold a valid Class A or B CDL with clean MVR per policy.
• Follow DOT regulations for compliance and safety.
• Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to/from construction sites.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Load and unload equipment with care and chain/bind as required.
• Drive tri-axle trucks and trailers as needed.
• Report any repairs needed to supervisor.
• Prioritize safety and log near misses or unsafe acts.
