Job summary

Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Tri-axle Driver 1 in Pennsylvania to move asphalt or aggregate and keep equipment in good condition. The role involves manual labor, occasional night shifts, and flexible hours with supervision by maintenance staff.

Qualified candidates will hold a Class B CDL (PA) with no air brake restrictions and may have Class A with tank and hazmat endorsements. Medical certification is required and MSHA training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum valid Class B PA Commercial Driver's License for the state of residence with no air brake restrictions.
• Prefer Class A CDL with tank and hazmat endorsements.
• Must obtain and maintain a current Medical Examiner's Certificate as per 49 CFR 391.43(h).

Responsibilities

• Operate tri-axle dump truck safely on public highways and off-road to deliver asphalt or aggregate to storage areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Perform required administrative duties and maintain necessary paperwork.
• Perform manual labor such as shoveling material.
• Meet performance standards for Tri-axle Driver 1 entry position.
• Occasionally work night shifts, Saturdays, or Sundays.
