Job summary

EVEREVE in Madison, WI seeks a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist to lead by example and deliver the EVEREVE experience in-store. You will style Trendsend boxes, review customer profiles, curate looks, and communicate styling tips with warmth.

This role is in-store only with no remote option. Flexible scheduling, fashion discounts, and a 401k match are part of the perks, supporting a HEART-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Preferably prior styling experience at EVEREVE or a similar box styling company.
• Passion for fashion and trend awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong reading of customers’ style, needs, and wants.
• Open to growth and coachable, with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Style Trendsend customers using our trends and styling platform.
• Review customer profiles to tailor outfits and selections.
• Curate 6-8 pieces per box to fit body type, lifestyle and requests.
• Write warm, authentic notes with styling tips for customers.
• Inspect product quality and manage Trendsend returns with Care Team.
• Maintain time management to complete tasks within shift.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal sales plan.
• Style boxes for new and repeat customers within 45 minutes per box.

We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE experience through our Trendsend box styling service.

Location: This is an in-store position with no remote option.

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on Evereve’s main communication platform, StoreIQ
• Review, in detail, customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app
• Curate 6-8 pieces specific styled in full looks that align to your customer’s body type, lifestyle, and personal requests
• Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers that provide styling tips, tricks and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product
• Process Trendsend returns (finalize in Styling App), communicate with Care Team when necessary, and put away returned items
• Efficient time management. Complete the work during the scheduled shift time.
• Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan
• 2.2 Items Kept per Box
• Under 22% 0 keep rate
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining expected Sales Per Box average and styling each box in 45min. This includes 30 mins for styling and 15 mins for shipping the box and processing a return.
• Analyzes customer profile for both new and existing customers. Hindsights closed orders for repeat customers to ensure the outfits/pieces are consistent with previous kept items.

Requirements:

• This is an in-store position with no remote option.
• Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment
• Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
