Qualifications

• Experience in leading or coaching teams in a retail setting.
• Strong sense for fashion trends and visual presentation.
• Ability to apply visual and commercial standards in-store.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plan with management.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels and input on allocation.
