Job summary

REVOLVE GROUP in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Buyer to lead assortment decisions and optimize the site’s fashion offerings. The role focuses on trend-driven selections, planning, and collaboration with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.

You will balance multiple brands, manage re-orders, and guide the buying calendar while mentoring a Buying Assistant. A deep knowledge of women’s RTW and current trends is essential, with 1–3 years of buying experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Buyer is required.
• Strong knowledge of and the ability to apply retail math concepts, including markup, margin planning, open to buy, and inventory productivity measures.
• Proficient in Email (preferably Gmail), Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top priority trends and elements are optimally represented in the overall assortment for the site.
• Oversee all aspects of re-cuts, re-orders, and re-colors with calendar and deadlines in mind.
• Manage brand budget and category/skus with minimal supervision and collaborate with upper management and analyst.
• Train, manage and support your Buying Assistant.
