Trenchless Today is hiring a Pipe Rehabilitation Technician to join our Northeast team. You’ll work on residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects, installing trenchless systems and operating specialized equipment. Travel and per diem are available for select projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of construction, utilities, excavation, or underground infra experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds; physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Install trenchless pipe rehabilitation systems.
• Operate specialized equipment and company vehicles.
• Assist with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspections, and rehabilitation.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
• Communicate with customers and project managers.
• Complete digital job documentation, photos, and reports.
• Protect company equipment and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Contribute to an efficient, productive team focused on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Pipe Rehabilitation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced crews completing pipe rehabilitation projects for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing trenchless pipe rehabilitation systems
• Operating specialized equipment, tools, and company vehicles
• Assisting with sewer cleaning, CCTV inspections, pipe preparation, and rehabilitation
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicating with customers and project managers throughout the project
• Completing digital job documentation, photos, videos, and reports
• Protecting company equipment while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Contributing to an efficient, productive team focused on customer satisfaction

Travel opportunities with per diem available for select projects

What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level labor position.

We're seeking individuals with a strong construction background who can be trusted to work safely, solve problems, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction, utility, excavation, plumbing, or underground infrastructure experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital job management systems

Candidates Must Also

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Meet company vehicle insurance requirements
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Be committed to working safely every day

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

• Trenchless pipe rehabilitation (CIPP, pipe coating, patching)
• Utility construction experience
• Excavation experience
• Plumbing or drain cleaning experience
• Heavy equipment operation
• CDL License (preferred but not required)
