Job summary

Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking Excavator Operators to join our team in Hachita, NM and Columbus, NM. This heavy-civil construction role involves operating trenching equipment safely and efficiently on challenging projects across New Mexico.

You will work 50 to 70 hours per week, follow all safety policies, maintain equipment, and cooperate with on-site management. A pre-employment drug screen is required, and two years of construction experience are preferred.

• Operate trenching equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Be capable and willing to maintain equipment as needed.
• Operate equipment in an efficient manner and follow instruction of on-site management.
• Follow all equipment monitoring and maintenance requirements.
• Minimum two years construction experience.
